It lives inside Final Cut Pro. The extension will not run without it — if your type work happens elsewhere on your Mac, FontAudition Desktop is the one you want.

A standalone Mac app that shows your own words in every font on your Mac — thousands of them. Drag the one you want straight into Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Pages.
Your whole library, wherever it lives. Connect font servers and folders across the network and browse them in place, or install new families from the built-in free-font browser.
